Do you accept returns?

Wax melts cannot be returned.

We want you to love our candles but...

Damaged: If your candle order was received damaged or defective please contact us at info@luvemade.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective product so we can discuss and find a resolution.

Returns: Only allowed on UNUSED products. Please contact us to discuss reason for return. Must be returned with original receipt at customer's expense within 15 days of delivery. Please return with a method that is traceable and insured.

Your original form of payment will be credited.

No returns on USED products.

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow up to 2-4 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped using USPS mail services and are usually received between 1-3 business days depending on your location. During summer and warmer seasons, products will only ship out Monday through Wednesday.

We definitely don't want your luvely candles and melts sitting in a hot warehouse all weekend.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! We take pride in hand pouring all of our candles and melts in small batches. This allows us to put in the care and attention needed to provide a top quality product.

Are your items sustainable?

We use all natural coconut wax for our candles and wax melts. This wax is one of the best in terms of being sustainable. It's a renewable source that uses no pesticides or fertilizers to grow. It's clean burning and doesn't produce harmful chemicals when lit.

Added to our coconut wax is a small amount of soy to add a bit of firmness. This wax is also all natural and great for a clean burning candle experience.

Can you make me a custom item?

Definitely! Making custom items feeds into our creativity here at Luvemade Candle Company. If you have an idea of a scent profile or label design you would like for a wedding, birthday, or special event, please contact us with the details. We will be glad to discuss your options.

When should I trim the wick?

You should trim the wick to 1/4 to 1/2 inch before each burn. Too much of a trim may cause a smaller melt pool, which can make your candle tunnel or actually put itself out. So please be very mindful not to trim your wick too short. If you don't trim it enough it can cause your candle to burn much faster as well as make your flame "dance". If you notice a high flame that's dancing and burning a little too hot, blow out candle, trim a little more, then relight.

I know...too much information huh! Well, what a lot of people don't understand is that you really do have to care for your candles in order to have the best burning experience. It's worth it!

How do I use wax melts?

In order to use wax melts, you will need to have a traditional or electric wax warmer. We recommend starting with 1-2 melts and add more depending on your preference. Reuse the wax as many times as you want until the fragrance dissipates.
